Commutly is for working professionals, so everyone is checked once before their first lift.
- 1Download Commutly from the App Store or Google Play.
- 2Sign up with LinkedIn or your work email, and choose Individual or Business.
- 3Verify your identity and confirm your workplace. It's a one-time check.
- 4Add your home and your office. That's what we match lifts on.

Get a lift to work
Your first 4 lift days are free. With a workplace licence or a lift pass, there's nothing to pay per lift.
- 1On Home, tap Plan a lift and pick your office days.
- 2Choose Get a lift. We show colleagues driving your way.
- 3Join a lift from the list or from your lift club chat.
- 4On the day, check the car and number plate in the app before you get in.

Offer your empty seats
Drive your normal route on the days that suit you, and get back part of what the trip costs.
- 1Go to You, then My car, and add your car. Scan your driver's licence once.
- 2Plan a lift and choose Offer seats, with how many seats you have.
- 3Colleagues join from the list or your lift club chat. You'll get a message for each.
- 4Tap Start trip on the lift card when you leave. Riders see you on the map.
- 5Add your bank details to receive fuel recovery.

The wash happens where you parked while you work. You come back to a clean car.
- 1Tap Car wash on Home or in Services.
- 2Pick your office, the day and your drop-off time.
- 3Choose a wash and pay from your Commutly wallet.
- 4Message the car wash team from your booking if you need to. Cancel before drop-off for a full refund.
